Meet the Team

Tyresha Brown O’Neal holds many titles: Attorney, Pastor, Magistrate and Entrepreneur. Her passion for justice and uplifting others can be readily seen by her activites both inside and outside of the courtroom.  

Tyresha graduated with a bachelors degree in Political Science from the Wilberforce University, Xenia, Ohio, Summa Cum Laude in 2003. Tyresha went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2008. Tyresha opened up her boutique firm in downtown Cleveland immediately upon passing the bar in 2009.

Tyresha has also served on numerous committees throughout the city including CMBA 3Rs, Women in the Law and various Judicial Selection Committees. Tyresha wrote for the Journal of Law and Health in Law School and hosted several CLEs including “Hip-Hop and the Law”. Tyresha and her zealous practice has been featured on the TV programs “After the First 48” and “Abandoned”.  She also recently negotiated a record $1.1 Million Wrongful Death settlement with Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
